MediaMentorAI respects your privacy. This policy explains what information MediaMentorAI collects through MediaMentorAI.com, why it is used, the service providers involved, and the choices available to you.

Information You Choose to Provide

When you request a strategy session, MediaMentorAI collects the information entered in the form, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, optional website, industry, business challenge, preferred contact method, and message. This information is used to review your request, respond through your preferred contact method, prevent spam, and maintain appropriate business records.

When you request follow-up from a free tool, MediaMentorAI may collect your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, website URL, business type, stated goal, the tool used, and a summary or score produced by the tool. This information is used to send or discuss the requested result and help identify a practical next step. Submitting either form does not automatically enroll you in a marketing list.

Free-Tool Inputs

MediaMentorAI's free tools may process a public website URL, publicly available page content, business details, quiz answers, or calculator assumptions to produce a report, recommendation, calculation, or draft. Some tools use the OpenAI API to generate part of the result; other parts are produced by deterministic site logic. Do not enter confidential information or sensitive personal, medical, financial, or account information into a free tool.

When you request an audit of a website, MediaMentorAI's server retrieves limited content from the public URL you provide. The service blocks private and internal network addresses and limits retrieval size and redirects.

Information Processed for Security and Delivery

The website and its service providers may process technical information such as an IP address, request time, browser or device information, requested page, and diagnostic data to deliver the site, prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, investigate errors, and protect the service. Strategy-session and free-tool submissions are delivered to MediaMentorAI by email through Resend. Hosting is provided through Netlify. Rate-limiting may use temporary server memory or Upstash.

Analytics and Your Choice

Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are not loaded until you select “Allow analytics.” If you continue without analytics, analytics storage remains denied. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization remain denied regardless of your analytics choice.

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may collect page views, approximate location, browser and device information, traffic source, and interactions with pages, articles, calls to action, forms, and free tools. Microsoft Clarity may collect page rendering and interaction information such as clicks, scrolling, and navigation to help identify usability problems. Clarity masks text entered into input and selection fields in recordings.

MediaMentorAI does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form messages, form answers, or other direct identifiers in its custom analytics events. Those events are limited to approved operational values such as a form or tool identifier, article slug, CTA location, interaction type, and coarse result band. Please do not place personal information in a page URL.

Your choice is stored in your browser's localStorage undermma:analytics-consent:v1 as either granted ordenied. This preference remains on that browser until you change it through the site's “Privacy settings” control or clear your browser storage. Changing your choice to denied stops future analytics collection from MediaMentorAI on that browser, subject to information already processed by the providers.

How Information Is Used

Service Providers

Current providers include Netlify for hosting and delivery, Resend for form-email delivery, OpenAI for generation within certain free tools, Google Analytics for consented website measurement, Microsoft Clarity for consented usability analysis, and Upstash when persistent rate limiting is enabled. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices and may process data in the United States or other jurisdictions.

Retention

MediaMentorAI keeps inquiry and free-tool lead information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. When persistent rate limiting is enabled, rate-limit counters are designed to expire after approximately one hour for IP-based activity and 24 hours for strategy-session email activity. Hosting, email, and security logs follow the applicable provider and operational retention settings.

When analytics is allowed, Google Analytics event-level data is configured for 14 months. Microsoft Clarity recordings are currently available for up to 30 days under Microsoft's service terms. Aggregated reports or records required for security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution may be retained longer. The browser-stored consent choice remains until you change it or clear localStorage.

Sale and Advertising Use

MediaMentorAI does not sell or rent personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The site does not use Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity for advertising personalization.

Your Choices and Requests

You may use the website without allowing analytics. Use the “Privacy settings” control to review or change your analytics choice.

To ask what personal information MediaMentorAI has about you, request a correction, or request deletion, email MediaMentorAI@gmail.com. MediaMentorAI may need to verify your identity before completing a request. A request may be limited where retention is reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or another lawful purpose.

Security

MediaMentorAI uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not submit confidential or highly sensitive information through the website forms or free tools.

Children's Privacy

MediaMentorAI.com is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18. MediaMentorAI does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site.

Changes to This Policy

MediaMentorAI may update this policy when the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted here with a new effective date. When a change materially affects how previously collected information is used, MediaMentorAI will provide additional notice when reasonably required.
